Cancellation Policy for Aesthetic Treatments

At B12 Aesthetics we understand that circumstances may arise which require you to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To provide the best service and ensure availability for all our clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Terms:
1. Cancellations Within 48 Hours:
- If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, you will be liable for the full payment of the treatment.
2. Cancellations Within 72 Hours:
- If you cancel your appointment between 48 and 72 hours before the scheduled time, you will be liable for 50% of the full price of the treatment.

No-Show Policy:
- Failure to attend your appointment without prior notification will result in full payment of the treatment.
Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Rescheduling within 72 hours of your appointment may incur charges as outlined above.

Refunds:
- Refunds are not provided for cancellations within the 48-hour window or for no-shows. Payments made in advance will be applied to the incurred charges as per the cancellation policy.
